CRM4.0 client login - HTTP:401.1 unauthorized:Access Denied.

Hi all,
When i try to login to CRM(using Crm4.0 Trail) using webclient(using IE).

it pops me a authentication box for Username and password..
(i m using a Domain User A/c in AD to login..It has all rights including DomainAdmin,PrivUserGroup,SQL,Reports,..all)

(It's also Working fine in the server..)

it shows me an error

HTTP: 401.1 Unauthorized: Access Denied.

But when i access with the other workstation it works fine..
Does anyone knows whats the problem in my IE)

Provide me a soln.
